As expected, can’t complain, i wear them every night and i highly suggest other people do the same. don’t breathe through the mouth, make sure you breathe through your nose.
The first night I used it, I noticed a change; I could actually breathe better. They are of very good quality and quite comfortable, as there is no discomfort or anything like that. I highly recommend them.

Really fast shipping. The patches even work well, it's better to breathe. But my nose really itches from them. At night, unfortunately, it peeled off on one side.
The best ones I've used so far, better than the brown ones, plus they are wider and have more strength to open the nostrils; the glue is much better and also comfortable.

Best ones out of the options on ali express. I've been trying all the different types out and these are the best. Great balance of stickiness with the fabric style strip and firmness of the inner plastic bags (of which there are 2) to straighten out and expand the nostrils.
It really makes a difference! If you have difficulty breathing though your nose in daily life and during your sleep then i think you'll enjoy this. I put it on and was surprised instantly. If you hold your nostrils open with your fingers and breathe, having this nose strip on feels similar to that. If you're someone who has a deviated septum then this isn't going to fix it, but it will definitely make it easier to breathe!
